This Year Was Tough, But it Hasn’t Stopped Us From Working Inspired

It goes without saying that 2020 has been a unique year for every business around the world. Never in recent memory has one event impacted literally every aspect of our lives. But with the bad often comes the good, and we wanted to take a moment to share the things that have helped us keep an attitude of gratitude and continue to work inspired every day.

We’re Grateful for Resilient Employees…

NetDocuments employees embody the sentiment of working inspired. In April we shifted to remote work and they never skipped a beat—continuing to deliver the same world-class services and 99.9% average uptime that our customers have come to expect from us. What’s more, our sales teams have broken multiple records (Biggest Q2 result in company history and Record sales) even as they adjusted to the ‘new normal’ of working from home.

…New and Loyal Customers

The NetDocuments community has also continued to grow this year, welcoming more than 400 new customers around the globe—and do they continue to impress! Our customers have navigated this year with grace while working in unique places, and shared inspiring stories that remind us why we push for better, safer, and faster technology every day.

This year our customers joined us at our first-ever virtual Elevate, where they shared what working inspired truly means to them.

…True Partners

This year our partners have performed hundreds of successful implementations, driven business growth, and achieved the highest number of sales and technical certifications ever by our partners. They are truly an extension of the NetDocuments family and provide outstanding services to our customers. Whether it’s working through the weekend so a customer can begin remote work right away, creating educational content that streamlines the change management process, or building solutions that work with NetDocuments to solve other critical needs, our partners are simply a simply a step above the rest.

…Cloud Technology

This year our customers have needed more from our technology than ever, and being a cloud-based application has allowed us to quickly respond to their critical needs.

In 2020 alone we’ve launched over 40 new features and technologies. One particular technology, ChatLink, launched in just 21 days to prevent content governance and fragmentation challenges for customers as they adopted Microsoft Teams to address remote work communication needs. And this right here defines the power of a true-cloud platform: the ability to rapidly launch tools that solve the problems of today while preventing the challenges of tomorrow—and we’re grateful we get to build and improve upon it every day.

…and the Opportunity to Give Back

This year we created the Work Inspired Scholarship Fund, which aims to support underprivileged and minority Utahn and Georgian students in their discovery of what drives them, while opening doors to success through expert mentorship and network building. The scholarship was funded with $15,800 in donations from NetDocuments employees and a 2 to 1 match from NetDocuments—bringing the total funds to $47,000 for 2020.

This past year has redefined how businesses, law firms, and even households operate. We have made change after change after change; and when we didn’t feel like we could press on, we did any way.

We couldn’t be prouder to be associated with employees, customers, and partners who have tackled every curve ball with confidence and precision; and we’re ecstatic that our platform is doing exactly what it was designed to do: solve the latest challenge quickly and easily.

Finally, we are always grateful for an opportunity to give back. We look forward to the new year when we will have the chance to welcome our Work Inspired Scholarship recipients to their new internship roles, setting them on paths for success right from the start.
